Established in 1987, Gus Youwakim Construction's philosophy of quality comes from a solid background in home renovation, framing and remodeling. Building from the ground up is nothing new for Gus Youwakim. After several years of working for a general contractor Gus started his own framing business, which in turn grew into five framing crews, a roofing crew and a siding crew. In 1995 he formed the sister company, Integra Quality Homes.

We emphasize above all, professionalism and attention to detail. To insure good quality, we do our own work or hire an experienced craftsman.
